Summer Update

I can't believe the summer is almost over!!! . It went so fast! But I can not complain... just having my parents here this summer made me feel very blessed.
The last days of my parents visit, we decided to take them to Flaming Gorge. It was an amazing trip. They have so much fun swimming with the kids, making fire and roasting marshmallows! The smores ( I think you spell it that way. I could not find it in the diccionary!) that Bryce made were the winners! The weather was super good , so we were able to swim a lot and take awesome boat rides around the dam. The best of all was our trip floating in the Green River. It took us around two hours, but it was worth it! Amazing scenery and bitter water fights against the " other raft", composed of the Da silvas and Grandpa and Grandma.
When we got back, reality hit. My parents were leaving next day at 7:30 Am. It was so hard to see them go! every year this is the part the I hate the most. They are such wonderful grandparents to my kids! We loved to have them with us. The bad side of my mom and dad being here... the 5 lb. overweight that I'm showing right now! ( Pictures below)


No puedo creer que el verano ya se nos va!pero no me puedo quejar! tener a mis papas aqui por el veranos fue la mejor parte de todo!
Los ultimos dias de las vacaciones , llevamos a mis papas a Flaming Gorge. lo pasamos muy bien, nos relajamos, nos reimos montones, nadamos anduvimos en bote, hicimos fuego y doramos marshmallows.. super gringa las vacaiones!!!jaja! Lo mas entretenido fue bajar el Rio Verde en balsas con los ninos, mi papa, mis suegros y lod Da silva. Los paisajes eran magnificos!
Lo fome es que al volver la realidad nos pego bien fuerte. Al otro dia se fueron mis papas!! esta es la parte que no me gusta de la visita. Es bien duro verlos ir... las separaciones son largas! pero los ninos los adoran! La parte fome de que mio papa y mama vengan cada verano.... que subo como 5 kilos cada vez!!! ( fotos abajo)
